Booking and Deposits

  1. Initial Deposit: To secure your booking, we require a 25% deposit of the total trip cost. This allows us to start crafting your perfect Kenyan adventure.
  2. Booking Timeline: We recommend booking your safari well in advance to ensure we can create the most exceptional, customized experience for you.
  3. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before your trip begins, allowing us to finalize all arrangements with our local partners.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • 60+ Days Before Trip: Full refund of your deposit, minus any transaction costs.
  • 30-59 Days Before Trip: 50% refund of total trip cost.
  • Less than 30 Days Before Trip: Unfortunately, no refund can be offered. However, we'll work with you to reschedule your trip if possible.

Special Considerations

  • Customized Experiences: For highly customized trips, specific refund policies may apply based on our agreements with local providers. We'll always communicate these clearly during the booking process.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we'll review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, always striving for the fairest outcome.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment and provide peace of mind.
