Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the event starts.
- Payments via cheque must be cleared four days before the event.
- Changes in the number of participants must be made at least 24 hours before the event.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made 10 days before the arrival date.
- No refund for cancellations made 0-9 days before the arrival date.
- No refunds for no-shows.
Park Rules
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- Sportswear is highly encouraged for activities.
- Bring gloves for some outdoor challenges.
- Photos taken at the park may be used for marketing.
