Diana's expertise spans across operations management, sustainable tourism practices, and customer experience enhancement. She has led numerous initiatives to promote responsible tourism in Kenya, working closely with local communities and conservation organizations.

Prior to joining Kenya Peaks Adventures, Diana served as the Regional Director for East Africa at a leading international tour operator.
