Your local guide will pick you up from your Nairobi hotel around 7:30 AM to begin your safari. The journey to Lake Naivasha takes roughly two hours, with a brief stop at a viewpoint along the route to observe the Rift Valley's vast depression. The main activity today is a boat excursion on Lake Naivasha to Crescent Island, where you will observe hippos and other wild creatures.
