Booking and Deposit

  1. Deposit Requirement: To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the total tour payment at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your reservation and allows us to secure necessary arrangements with our partners.
  2. Booking in Advance: We recommend booking your safari well in advance of your planned trip dates. This ensures ample time for us to make all necessary arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and permits, to make your safari exceptional.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

  1. Hotel Booking Confirmation: Hotel bookings are confirmed upon the payment of at least 50% of the quoted trip cost. The deposit, equivalent to 25% of the total tour payment, is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 30 days of the trip.
  2. Cancellations More Than 60 Days Prior to Trip: If you need to cancel your booking more than 60 days before your scheduled trip, we will refund your deposit less any transaction costs incurred during the refund process. The remaining balance, if any, will be returned to you.
  3. Cancellations Less Than 60 Days Prior to Trip: If you cancel your booking within 60 days of your scheduled trip, the deposit will not be refunded. Additionally, hotel bookings and other pre-paid services may have their own cancellation policies, which may result in additional charges. We will work with you to minimize these costs to the extent possible.

Other Refund Policies and Deposit Requirements

  1. Customized Tours: For customized or tailor-made tours, refund and deposit policies may vary based on the specific arrangements and third-party providers involved. We will communicate these policies to you clearly during the booking process.
  2. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We will make every effort to secure refunds from service providers and pass them on to you, but we cannot guarantee full refunds in such situations.
  3. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you acquire comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, interruptions, and unforeseen events. Adequate travel insurance can provide added protection in case of trip cancellations.

Refund policies may vary among hotels, airlines, and other third-party entities, and we will adhere to their respective policies when processing refunds.
