Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
• Start your adventure as you land in Nairobi. Your guide from Kenya Peaks Adventures will meet you at the airport and provide a brief overview of your upcoming safari experience. Depending on your arrival time, you can relax at your hotel or begin exploring some of Nairobi's attractions.
Day 2: Ol Pejeta Conservancy
• After breakfast in Nairobi, head to Ol Pejeta Conservancy on the Laikipia Plateau. Known for its rhino conservation efforts, Ol Pejeta is also home to the 'Big Five' and is the only place in Kenya to see chimpanzees. In fact, Ol Pejeta is the home to the only remaining two Nothern White Rhinos (Najin and Fatu). Spend the afternoon on a game drive, and then overnight at a camp within the conservancy.
Day 3-4: Samburu National Reserve
• Travel north to the rugged landscapes of Samburu National Reserve, renowned for its rare species of animals like the Grevy's zebra, Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, and gerenuk. Your two-day exploration includes several game drives observing these unique species and the stunning scenery. Overnight stays are at a lodge overlooking the Ewaso Ng'iro river.
Day 3-4: Samburu National Reserve
• Travel north to the rugged landscapes of Samburu National Reserve, renowned for its rare species of animals like the Grevy's zebra, Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe, and gerenuk. Your two-day exploration includes several game drives observing these unique species and the stunning scenery. Overnight stays are at a lodge overlooking the Ewaso Ng'iro river.
Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park
• Depart Samburu for Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its flamingos and a sanctuary for both black and white rhinos. The park also offers spectacular opportunities to see leopards, lions, and numerous waterbirds. After an afternoon game drive, spend the night at a lodge within the park.
Day 6-8: Masai Mara National Reserve

• Return to Nairobi on the final day. Depending on your flight schedule, visit Nairobi National Park, the only wildlife park in the world that is so close to a capital city. Additionally, enjoy a brief city tour, visiting places like the Karen Blixen Museum or the Giraffe Centre. Conclude your tour with a transfer to the airport, timed according to your departure flight.
