Most packages require a deposit to secure your booking slot. Deposits are fully refundable under the following conditions:

  • You cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled session (48 hours for reapplication packages)
  • We need to reschedule for any reason
  • Genuine emergency with proof
  • Reapplication case is assessed as "not ready"

Payment Methods

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refund available if:

  • You cancel more than 24 hours before your session (48 hours for reapplication packages)
  • We need to reschedule for any reason

Deposit forfeited if:

  • Late cancellation (within 24/48 hours of session)
  • No-show without prior notice
  • More than two cancellation/reschedule requests

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your session once within 14 days at no charge. A second reschedule requires 24-48 hours notice. Multiple reschedules may result in deposit forfeiture.

Process Guarantee

If we don't reach the payment page on your UKVI application within 90 minutes due to our process (excluding technical issues, missing information, or portal outages), we will provide a free 30-minute extension session, available once per booking.
