Itinerary
After an early morning pick-up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) or your Nairobi hotel, your local guide will drive you to Lake Nakuru National Park. This park is renowned for its flamingos (seasonal) and is a rhino sanctuary. Arrive in time for lunch at your luxury lodge, followed by an afternoon game drive. Enjoy a morning drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve, one of Africa's premier wildlife destinations and the northern tip of the Serengeti ecosystem. Arrive at your luxury camp in time for lunch, followed by your first thrilling afternoon game drive in the Mara, searching for the Big Five. (Meals: All meals included, Drinking water)

After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara with a picnic lunch. The reserve is well known for its black-maned lions and abundant resident wildlife. This is one of the few places where seeing the Big Five during a morning's game drive is highly possible. The area also boasts nearly 500 bird species. (Meals: All meals included, Drinking water)

Today involves transferring from the Masai Mara to Serengeti National Park via the Isebania border. This journey will take most of the day, but much of it will be a game drive through both reserves. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive en route to your luxury lodge in the Serengeti. (Meals: All meals included, Drinking water)

As you crest the hillside, the vast Serengeti spreads out before you. This 18,000 sq km park is home to over two million large animals, including wildebeest, zebras, and Thomson's gazelles, as well as predators like lions and cheetahs. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives. An optional visit to Olduvai Gorge or a hot air balloon flight can be arranged. (Meals: All meals included, Non-alcoholic drinks)

Wake very early for a pre-breakfast safari when animals are most active, and witness a fantastic African sunrise. After brunch at the camp, transfer to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The crater, with walls 2,000 ft high, is a virtual Noah's Ark, inhabited by almost every East African wildlife species, including the rare black rhino. An optional afternoon walking safari in the Ngorongoro highlands is possible. (Meals: All meals included, Drinking water)

Start very early, descending to the crater floor for an incredible morning of wildlife viewing. After a picnic lunch near Hippo Lake, enjoy more wildlife viewing in the afternoon before ascending the crater. Transfer to your lodge near Lake Manyara for your overnight stay. Depart after breakfast and drive across the Great Rift Valley to Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive. After a final morning activity or leisurely breakfast, you will transfer to Arusha in the afternoon. This day allows for flexibility depending on your onward travel plans from Tanzania or if you are connecting back to Kenya. (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch, Non-alcoholic drinks)

Depending on your international flight schedule from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK) for domestic connections, your local guide will arrange the transfer. This marks the end of your grand East African luxury safari. (Meals: Breakfast)
