Itinerary
Upon your morning arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO), Nairobi, a local representative will meet you and assist with your transfer to Wilson Airport for your afternoon light aircraft flight to the Masai Mara. On landing, a guide from your luxury camp will drive you through the bush to the camp, offering your first wildlife sightings. Wildlife is most active early mornings and evenings. Enjoy game drives across the plains searching for big cats, elephants, and giraffes. Breakfast may be served al fresco under an acacia tree. Serian 'The Original' offers an intimate atmosphere with just five tents. Options include night drives and bush walks, or even a fly camp experience (subject to arrangement). Take a final game drive en route to the airstrip for your morning flight to Nairobi. Upon landing at Wilson Airport, you'll be met and driven to Giraffe Manor. Check in for lunch and meet the hotel’s famous resident Rothschild's giraffes. The afternoon can be spent exploring the city's markets, museums, or the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage (optional, extra cost). Enjoy an early breakfast, perhaps sharing it with the giraffes, before your flight to Mahé, Seychelles (approx. 3 hours). Upon landing, you will be driven to the nearby Eden Bleu Hotel, an ideal stopover with a harbourside location, deluxe rooms, Creole fine dining, and a rooftop infinity pool. After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your charter flight to Alphonse Island (approx. 1 hour), cruising over sparkling azure waters. Upon landing on this remote island, explore its rich flora and fauna and settle into your beach bungalow or suite. Spend five full days (Day 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) on Alphonse Island. The island features white beaches, dense tropical jungle, and an old coconut plantation. Choose from beach bungalows, beach suites with private pools, or the exclusive deluxe beach villa. Enjoy meals in the shared restaurant or in your room, featuring Creole and Western fusion cuisine.
