Itinerary
Your dedicated local guide will pick you up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) around 7:00 AM. After a safari briefing, begin your drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve. This enormous reserve is part of the vast Serengeti plains, famed for the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration and home to the Big Five. Arrive in time for lunch at your luxury camp, followed by an afternoon game drive until approximately 6:00 PM. (Meals: All meals included, Drinking water)
Accommodation: Loyk Mara Camp or similar luxury tented camp.
After breakfast, embark on a morning game drive in search of great predators and their cubs. The plains teem with grazing animals, and you'll have opportunities to spot elusive cheetahs and leopards. Return to the camp for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy another extensive game drive, perhaps along the Mara River, the gateway for the annual wildebeest migration. After an early breakfast, depart the Masai Mara and head towards Lake Nakuru National Park. There will be a stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for spectacular photos. Arrive at your luxury lodge in Lake Nakuru in time for lunch. In the late afternoon, embark on a game drive. Lake Nakuru is renowned for its pink flamingos (seasonal) and is a sanctuary for both black and white rhinos, as well as Rothschild's giraffes. (Meals: All meals included, Drinking water)
Accommodation: Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge or similar luxury lodge.
Enjoy an early breakfast followed by a final morning game drive as you exit Lake Nakuru National Park. This offers another chance to spot rhinos, various bird species, and other wildlife. Afterwards, begin your journey back to Nairobi. You will be dropped off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) for your onward flight or at your Nairobi hotel, marking the end of your luxury safari. (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch, Drinking water)
