Itinerary

You’ll be met at your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) and immediately depart for the Masai Mara via Narok town. Arrive, check in, and have lunch at your budget camp. In the afternoon, embark on a scheduled game drive. (Meals: Lunch & Dinner, Drinking water)

Accommodation: Miti Mingi Eco Camp or similar budget tented camp.

After an early breakfast, depart with a packed lunch for a full day exploring the Masai Mara. Seek out the park’s resident wildlife and visit the Mara River. An optional visit to a local Maasai village can be arranged (extra cost). (Meals: All meals included, Drinking water)

Accommodation: Miti Mingi Eco Camp or similar budget tented camp.

After an early breakfast, check out and drive to the Lake Naivasha area. After checking in at your budget hotel and having lunch, you can choose between optional activities: either biking in Hell's Gate National Park or a boat ride on Lake Naivasha (activities at own cost). (Meals: All meals included, Drinking water)

Accommodation: Newstead Hotel Naivasha or similar budget hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to Amboseli National Park, aiming to arrive in time for lunch at your budget camp. Following lunch, go on an afternoon game drive in search of Africa’s largest elephant herds and enjoy potential views of Mount Kilimanjaro. (Meals: All meals included, Drinking water)

Accommodation: Nyati Safari Camp or similar budget tented camp.

After an early breakfast, check out of the camp and drive to Emali town, where you will be dropped off to catch a train to Mombasa (train ticket cost may or may not be included, clarify with operator). This concludes the safari services from our local operator for the inland portion. If you do not plan to visit the beaches, you have the option to arrange a drive back to Nairobi from Amboseli (this would alter the tour structure and cost). (Meals: Breakfast, Drinking water. Lunch depends on transfer arrangements)
